How does the free trial work?

Nazarno is free to use for 7 days with every feature unlocked — no purchase and no payment details required. After 7 days, continuing requires a Nazarno Plus subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
  3. Select Nazarno and tap Cancel Subscription

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

I paid but the app asks me to subscribe again

Open Settings in Nazarno (the gear icon at the top of your garden) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

How do I get a refund?

All purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Apple Health isn't completing my habit

Check that permission is actually granted: Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Nazarno, and make sure the metric you linked is switched on. iOS shows the permission switches turned off by default, so it is easy to miss. Nazarno only reads Health data and never writes to it.

I forgot to check off yesterday — is my streak gone?

No. Tap the habit, choose History, and tap the day you missed. You can fill in any of the last 7 days, and if a Streak Freeze was spent covering that gap, you get it back.

Where is my data stored?

On your device, and — if you are signed in to iCloud — in your own private iCloud account so it can move to a new iPhone. Nazarno has no accounts and no servers of its own, and we cannot see your data. See our Privacy Policy.

Will I lose my garden if I delete the app?

If you are signed in to iCloud, no — reinstall the app and your habits, streaks and garden come back. If iCloud is switched off for Nazarno, the data lives only on that device and deleting the app removes it.

How do I get a new iPhone set up?

Install Nazarno and sign in to the same Apple Account. Your garden syncs down on its own — there is nothing to export or restore by hand.
